The example of the successful "Prostir"'s project based on the principle "construction services as a final product" was the Test Center for Communication Equipment Certification built for the Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequences. "Prostir" made architectural design and technical documentation, acted as a general contractor and certified the building for operation. The Test Center for Communication Equipment Certification is the unique multifunctional test facility. The facilities of such level hasn't been constructed in Ukraine before. Implementation of this project demonstrates "Prostir"'s high qualification and ability to achieve the final result.
